My Role: YourMechanic.com is a start up company that won the Techcrunch Dirupt in 2012 for their revolutionizing idea (bringing mechanics to the customer). At this 2013 Techcrunch event, YourMechanic.com had to hand over their previously won trophy to this year’s winner. But before that can happen, Techcrunch has asked YourMechanic to make an entertaining video about the fun times they’ve had with the trophy. This is when I pitched in and made it happen. My colleagues and I got together to form an idea/concept for this project. After the concept was formed, I started writing the script. From there on, I entirely produced, directed, and edited this film.
