My Role: I developed and managed the client relationship, created the treatment (concept), secured the finance and established the budget, managed all cast and crew, scouted locations, rented camera and lighting equipment, obtained props, oversaw principal production, managed all call sheets, shot lists, waiver forms, and shot list.
